About the Studio
Guy Finley Studios is a boutique heirloom portrait studio in Burlington, Wisconsin's historic Mercantile Building. We create portraits designed to live on walls — not hard drives, not galleries that expire. Tangible artwork built to last generations.
About Guy
Guy has been behind a camera for as long as anyone can remember. When he split his work into two paths — Gray Owl Group for strategy, Guy Finley Studios for the creative work — the studio became the part with soul in it.
This isn't a volume business. It's not about chasing cheap jobs or last-minute gigs. It's built for families who value heirloom-quality work — people who want portraits that mean something and last.
Guy is a PPA Member Photographer based out of Burlington. The studio serves families throughout the Lake Geneva and Southeast Wisconsin area, working by appointment from The Mercantile Building in downtown Burlington.
The Philosophy
Photography with purpose. Every session is relationship-first — we're not trying to photograph as many families as possible. We're trying to create portraits worth keeping for the people who sit in front of our lens.
We don't do volume. We don't do cookie-cutter. We do the work that ends up on your wall and stays there.
The Studio
Located in the historic Mercantile Building in downtown Burlington, the studio is boutique by design — by appointment, not walk-in. It's a place built for the kind of work we do: unhurried, intentional, personal.
